| 英文摘要 | 软件产业是我国战略新兴产业，作为国家经济的重要组成部分，近年来总体上保持平稳快速增长态势。创业活动是促进经济增长的原动力，一方面根据《2014年中国软件行业研究报告》中阐述，新创软件企业已占软件行业个数的65.9%，其地位日益突出；另一方面全球创业观察中国报告(2012)的研究表明，中国新创软件企业平均寿命只有5.14年，成长率低和失败率高是普遍的现象。如何识别企业成长的关键影响因素，是突破企业成长瓶颈和实现企业可持续成长的首要问题。 本文采用案例研究的方法分析企业在不同成长阶段的影响因素及其作用重要度大小。首先明确新创企业的内涵，根据创业企业特征和创立时间两个方面来界定新创软件企业，将新创...; Entrepreneurship is the impulsion of promoting economic growth.
