| 英文摘要 | 随着核电商运机组的逐渐增加，如何保障核电站安全、稳定、高效运行的问题日益得到各方关注与研究，而工程改造作为保障核电站安全、稳定、高效运行的重要手段，日益凸显其重要性。目前，该领域面临着整体业务运作效率低下、质量进度不可控、运作成本高等实际情况，导致较难满足现场需求，对机组安全稳定运行带来间接影响。本文通过鱼骨图对整体业务运作模式中存在的问题进行梳理与分析，得出了当前该业务运作模式中存在的群厂管理薄弱，环节、流程复杂，接口过多，供应商相对垄断等主要问题，旨在通过对业务中的流程、供应商、信息化等的改善和运用，实现对该业务成本、进度、质量、风险等方面的控制与提升，以提高企业经营效益、提升品牌效应，具...; With the number of nuclear power units into commercial operation gradual increasing, the problem of how to protect nuclear power plants safe, stable and efficient operation has been got much more concerned and studied day by day.
