| 英文摘要 | 摘要 自从2013年年末开始，中国金融市场发生了巨大变化。利率市场化进程的加快、金融脱媒、以余额宝为首的互联网金融的兴起，都导致中国银行业面临巨大转型压力。中国银行业利润增速不断下滑，经营风险增加，为适应时代发展，中国商业银行业战略转型迫在眉睫。在此背景下，本文挑选典型的股份制商业银行为案例，通过对其经营现状、内外部优势、战略定位等进行分析，总结该银行的发展战略，并制定相应的实施路径。本文的案例银行选择为招商银行。 本文主要内容有四章。第一章介绍本文的研究背景与研究意义，通过对商业银行所处的金融脱媒、利率市场化等环境的分析，得出此时对银行的战略发展进行研究有很重要的意义。第二章本文对招商银...; Abstract Since the end of year 2013, financial market in China has changed a lot.
