| 英文摘要 | 摘要 本文主要研究戴尔售后商业模式创新，从商业模式创新理论和企业社会责任的角度分析了戴尔如何在其售后环节中创造出绿色商业模式，并以实际案例为基础，介绍并分析了戴尔原有售后模式和新的绿色商业模式的优缺点，总结了具有一定代表性的绿色商业模式原型和创新路径。在未来的研究中，应该要选取更多的PC产业代表案例分析，以便得出更具有外部效度、更有科学性和普遍规律的结论。 本文分为五部分展开对论题的研究和分析： 第一章引言，主要介绍本课题的现实背景和理论背景，并提出本文旨在通过探究商业模式和商业模式创新，以及在企业社会责任推动力的大背景下，研究PC产业的售后服务模式，并以戴尔公司为案例，找寻合适PC产业...; ABSTRACT This paper mainly focuses on the Dell’s after-sales business model innovation.
