| 英文摘要 | 基于战略管理视角分析财务状况与财务政策是财务学的热点和难点，财务数据更能反映公司的战略执行，采用不同战略的公司在财务特征上有不一样的表现。本文首次从战略的角度分析公司的财务特征与财务政策的具体表现，探讨战略与财务特征的关系。利用理论知识明确研究的问题，然后进行案例分析与研究，最后将理论与研究结果对比得出研究结论，这为本文的分析流程。 通过理论分析我们发现成本领先战略的公司比差异化战略的公司拥有更低的毛利、更高的周转率、更低的负债和更高的流动性。但实际上是否是这样呢？本文进而选取了采用成本领先战略的春秋航空和采用差异化战略的南方航空作为案例，对理论分析结果进行检验，我们发现春秋航空使用单一的空...; Based on Strategy Management Analysis of Enterprise's Financial Performance and Financial Policies has become a hotspot and difficulty at present.
