| 英文摘要 | 如今，企业社会责任已经成为了全球关注的焦点，履行社会责任也成为了企业存续和发展过程中的关键组成部分。为了让利益相关者能够更加全面地了解企业，企业需要不断地披露其社会责任信息，以便各利益相关方做出及时合理的决策，独立的企业社会责任报告也应运而生。食品行业是与公众的生活息息相关的重要行业，食品安全直接关乎人类健康。而近年来我国食品安全事件频发，使得社会公众愈发关注食品企业的社会责任实践。现阶段，由于企业整体对社会责任的重视度仍旧不足，也由于监管力度不够、报告编制的参考标准不一等原因，我国食品企业发布的社会责任报告数量增速缓慢，报告质量依然存在着很大的提升空间。 本文主要根据全球报告倡议组织（GR...; In 1924, Oliver Sheldon put forward the concept of CSR first.
