| 英文摘要 | 银行业是我国国民经济的命脉之一，在社会经济发展中发挥着支柱作用。近年来，随着我国金融改革的不断推进，银行业发生了不少变化。 基于中信银行、招商银行、民生银行三家银行的股东背景、资产、规模及各自在世界500强、世界银行的品牌排名，且均在上海、香港两地上市等因素的考虑，本文将研究对象定位于这三家银行，尝试通过对其财务报表的解读，运用三维分析的方式对其财务绩效进行分析，从而进一步了解三家银行的财务政策，最后结合分析结果，运用财务战略矩阵分析方法，提出对三家银行财务战略的探讨与建议。 本文共分为九章，主要内容如下： 第一章为研究概述，主要讲述本文选题背景、意义、研究思路与分析框架。 第二章为宏...; Chinese Banks plays a backbone role in the social and economic development.
