| 英文摘要 | 自Modigliani和Miller（1958）以来，已有不少文献试图从各种角度建立模型来解释公司的财务行为，但从宏观经济视角分析宏观经济冲击对公司财务政策的影响仍然较少。2008年金融危机的爆发为我们研究宏观经济冲击与公司财务行为提供了一个很好的契机。同时，金融危机的爆发使公司的外部融资能力下降，从而凸显出财务灵活性的重要性。较高的财务灵活性能使公司避免高成本的外部融资，并抓住有价值的投资机会。基于此，本文主要研究金融危机和财务灵活性对公司财务政策的影响，主要回答以下两个层次的问题：第一，金融危机是否会影响公司的财务政策？如果是，如何影响？第二，金融危机期间，不同财务灵活性公司的财务政策有何...; Since Modigliani and Miller(1958), there has been a lot of literature trying to build models from a variety of perspectives to explain the financial behavior of the company, but the literature from the macroeconomic perspective analysing the impact of macroeconomic shocks on the company's financial decisions is still small.
