| 英文摘要 | 本文以JSW公司为研究对象，在对企业战略理论进行梳理的基础上，采用PEST分析、波特五力模型、SWOT分析等工具，对公司所处行业和外部环境进行研究，并结合公司物流能力、竞争管理、财务情况等内部环境分析，研究企业发展战略和策略实施等问题，以期对中小型第三方物流企业如何发展起到一定的借鉴作用。 本文通过研究发现：我国第三方物流企业发展潜力大，但也面临竞争激烈、行业逐步整合、新的业态开始呈现等趋势，“一条龙服务”、供应链管理、物流金融等将成为下一步的发展方向；JSW公司的供应商和买方的讨价还价能力相对较强，JSW公司相对于其他竞争者具有性价比高、机制灵活、可提供定制化服务的特点，同时具有较强的物流...; The research target of this dissertation is JSW Company (JSW).
