| 英文摘要 | 班组是企业最基本的生产单元，班组的建设是企业管理的重中之重，煤矿班组由于受所处作业场所的限制，其既是煤矿实现生产的基础，也是煤矿事故发生的根源，因此，研究煤矿班组建设的相关理念对有效预防和遏制煤矿事故发生，实现煤矿安全高效生产具有重要意义。 本文首先以企业现代班组和新班组建设的理论为依据，对现代班组和新班组建设的特点、方向和内容体系进行了研究，然后以城郊煤矿为载体，结合城郊煤矿地质条件及实际生产情况，通过分析确定了其班组建设合理的目标规划、完善的内容体系和科学的实施方法，总结形成了一套完整、长效的管理机制，即以安全、效益、质量、学习、和谐为主体的“五型”班组建设核心，以精细、精准、精确、精益...; Team is the most basic procreative unit, and the construction of the team is the key of the enterprise.
