| 英文摘要 | 产业集群发展已经在现代经济发展中起着非常重要的作用，产业集群战略已经成为许多国家和地区经济发展战略的现实选择。然而，近些年来，无论是已有产业集群的继续持续发展还是新的产业集群的打造，都面临着许多新的挑战特别是人力资源的支持方面挑战。本文运用文献资料法、调查研究法及案例分析法，通过对产业集群经典文献的回顾及国内现有研究的检索，注意到关于产业集群发展中的人力资源问题研究薄弱。本文紧密结合我国劳动力市场变化的现实及产业集群理论，将人力资源问题的微观企业层面同宏观产业层面紧密联系，分析了产业集群发展与人力资源集聚的辩证关系，认为产业集群中的人力资源集聚组织具有中观性、规模性、网络性等特点，强调了产业集...; Industry cluster development in modern economic development plays a very important role, industrial cluster strategy has become a national and regional economic development strategy choice.
