| 英文摘要 | 本文简要介绍了财务报表分析框架体系，即将经营策略分析、会计分析、财务分析和前景分析四大工具有机结合、合理运用，以对企业的财务状况及未来趋势做出较为科学合理的分析判断。运用此框架体系，对深圳发展银行、上海浦东发展银行、中国民生银行、招商银行国内四家上市股份制银行的连续三年的财务报表进行综合对比分析，重点对深圳发展银行的经营策略及执行效果、会计政策的审慎合理性、财务政策及指标的合理性等进行了分析评价，认为当前深圳发展银行的发展战略并没有完全体现到实际经营中去；其在关键会计政策的采用上不够审慎；财务报表存在粉饰嫌疑；资产质量不高，潜在风险大；盈利能力、收入结构与质量、管理能力和抗风险能力等方面都存在...; This essay focused on “Financial Reports” and gave a further discuss on the frame and the system in brief.
