| 英文摘要 | 内容摘要汽车租赁行业被誉为是朝阳行业，自从1989年在我国出现以来，得到了迅速的发展。目前我国大约有1000家汽车租赁公司，投入运营的租赁汽车有6多万辆。但是，汽车租赁行业在我国是个高风险行业。作为汽车租赁公司主要固定资产的租赁汽车的价值高、更新换代快，使得汽车租赁公司的融资筹资难度大、资金成本高，存在财务风险。租赁汽车流动性大，提供服务的时间和空间都在汽车租赁公司的控制之外；目前我国法律规章制度不健全，消费者诚信道德水平低下，汽车租赁公司存在被骗租的风险。汽车租赁行业属于交通运输行业中的服务业，汽车是参与道路交通的主体，在目前我国人、车、路状况有待改善的条件下，交通事故不可避免，汽车租赁行业...; Car rental, regarded as a sun-rising industry, has enjoyed fast development since it beginning in 1989.
