| 英文摘要 | 中国加入WTO后，进一步加大了对外开放步伐。中国进出口贸易得到空前发展，极大地推动了国民生产总值的增长。作为进出口贸易密不可分的国际物流业日益彰显重要地位。同时，要拉动中国国内内需，必须要大力发展中国物流行业。我国物流业起步较慢，如何实施战略，形成自己的核心竞争能力，与国际优秀物流企业竞争，是摆在我国物流企业面前刻不容缓的课题。作为战略执行工具的平衡计分卡，自然而然被我国企业所倚重并得到了广泛应用。 本案例以COSA国际物流企业应用平衡计分卡为研究对象，从平衡计分卡诠释战略出发，涉及企业愿景和具体行动，着重围绕COSA实施平衡计分卡需要解决和完善的相关问题展开研究。全文共分四个部分:第一部分...; A new trade chapter dawns on China as the country gained entry into WTO (World Trade Organization).This essentially signify the opening up and liberalizing international commerce within the country.
