| 英文摘要 | 改革开放三十年来，中国内地的商贸企业，在社会主义市场经济体制的背景下，进行了一定程度的改革和创新，但从总体来看，商贸业并没有得到根本性的改造，体制落后和业务模式单一依然是普遍存在的问题。厦门国贸集团股份有限公司是厦门市的大宗贸易龙头企业之一，公司前身是“厦门经济特区国际贸易信托公司”。目前厦门国贸已经成为一家大型的综合性企业，形成了贸易、房地产、港口物流三大核心主业。本文试图以厦门国贸集团股份有限公司为例，通过对公司的大宗贸易竞争战略研究，寻求在新形势下，国有大中型商贸企业的持续发展道路，并希望对国内其他商贸企业有一定的借鉴作用，全文分四章：第一章为导论，首先介绍了厦门国贸的公司概况及公司大宗...; The reform and opening up has been held for 30 years.During this period,the trade enterprises in China have made some reform and innovation under the background of the socialist market economic system.But on the whole,the trade enterprises didn’t experience a fundamental transformation.The business model is still single,and the system is backward.
