| 英文摘要 | 雅新实业股份有限公司自股票上市以来，一直是股市的资优生；连续数年甚至都蝉联同业中股价最高的股王。但自从突然爆发财务报表不实的财务危机以来，公司的经营却突然急转直下，甚至落入申请重整的命运。而及至重整开始之后，由少数债权银行所推荐的重整监督人及重整人，却被原股东及市场上的投资大众严重抗议其立场不公、行为不正，而让公司的资产更加迅速的消失；公司的财务问题可以说是“愈整愈大”，进而从财务危机发展至公司的生存危机。故本文希望透过对其公司重整前后的财务报表分析，来帮助社会大众了解上市公司所可能存在的隐藏性财务风险，以及现行重整制度会引发重大问题的主要原因。 本文主要的研究方法，是利用系统性的财务指标分...; YA HSIN was a remarkable company and it kept the higher stock price than any one of other similar industrial companies for several years, continuously, since the IPO of YA HSIN was issued.
