| 英文摘要 | 配送中心是从事货物集货、加工、备货、分拣以及组织对用户送货的场所。随着用户需求向多品种小批量方向发展，配送中心货品的种类和数量急剧增加，随之拣选作业在配送中心作业中所占的比例越来越大，成为最耗费人力和时间的作业。由于卷烟商品具有品牌数量多，日常消费量大的特征，卷烟配送中心对分拣作业具有更高的要求。 在分拣作业中，手工拣选与半自动分拣系统仍然是行业应用的主流，但随着国外先进物流技术的不断传入，全自动分拣系统成为卷烟配送中心未来发展的趋势。目前开发的自动分拣系统仍存在一些问题，如“为分拣而分拣”的分拣方式忽略订单订货量特征，增加了分拣作业时间，降低了作业效率。另一方面，目前多数自动化研究集中于分...; DC (Distribution center) is designed to collect, process, stock, pick and deliver goods to customers.
