英文摘要	我国加入WTO后，企业内部审计在上市公司、外资企业、国有大中型企业乃至民营企业中的地位呈上升趋势。内部审计的观念、思想等也发生了变化，审计领域拓宽，从传统的财务审计延伸到信息资源审计、环境审计及人力资源审计领域。其中，环境审计受到重视的原因是我国加入WTO的入世承诺之一就是生态环境的改善。企业要与国际接轨，就必须重视环境管理，按照国际上认可的统一标准(IS014000环境管理标准)来规范、控制企业行为，并参照发达国家的成功经验把环境审计纳入企业内部审计。为此，企业内部审计人员研究ISO14000环境标准，并介入环境内部审计就是十分必要的。 但是，ISO14000环境系列标准和环境内部审计的关...; Since China join in the WTO，Internal audit has shown a risen trend in public companies，state-owned companies，foreign companies and private-owned companies.
