| 英文摘要 | 摘要 在国有企业实行“董事会制度”是当前企业界、理论界所关注的热点问题，特别是当前国资委直属的中央军工企业的董事会制度试点工作，由于涉及到垄断、军工等关键热点，如何进行这项现代企业制度的改革与建设工作，业界争论较大。对中央军工企业的董事会制度试点，主要涉及到在中国国情下，大型央企集团党组如何更好地融入现代企业制度的问题，本文结合中国航空工业集团公司（以下简称中航工业）董事会制度的建设试点工作试图寻找新的思路和方法。 本文的研究重点落在了“党组”、“国资委”、“大型军工企业集团”这几个关键点上，探讨大型央企如何进行现代企业领导体制的建立与健全来完善现代企业制度，并通过对国外大型企业董事会制度...; ABSTRACT The implementing of boards system for state-owned companies is a hot topic for both theoreticians and entrepreneurs.
