| 英文摘要 | 高职教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分。近几年，高等职业教育的规模效益提高了，但教育质量下降的势头也凸显出来。加强教育教学管理、提高教育质量是摆在我国高等职业院校特别是民办院校面前的十分重要和紧迫的任务。教育质量是高职教育实现可持续发展的关键，而教育质量管理体系作为质量建设的基础平台，是提高高职院校教育质量的关键所在。 目前在国际上通用的ISO9000族标准对高等职业院校实施科学、规范和有效的教育质量管理，具有很好的指导意义。质量管理体系构建是一个复杂的系统工程。教育质量管理体系构建过程与项目管理具有这些本质的相似与共同处，并且在许多方法和程序上可以互相借用。因此，将现代项目管理的理论或方法引...; Higher vocational education is one of the main parts of higher education in China.
