| 英文摘要 | 21世纪，我国核电进入了快速发展的时期。电力市场的竞争压力、核安全标准的提高，不断激发核电企业在项目管理、筹融资和资本运作方面做出新的尝试，使得核电站基建项目财务费用的组成及其资本化问题日趋复杂。 现有的会计制度和有关政策对基建项目竣工决算涉及的财务费用核算问题并不清晰，甚至存在一定的矛盾，构成了深入研究基建项目财务费用核算问题的必要性和迫切性。本文从核电项目建设期工程建设模式、资金债务结构和成本管控的实际情况出发，提出了核电基建项目资金需求的特点，并从核电项目资金的主要来源形式着手，系统性地归纳了核电基建项目财务费用的基本组成，为深入探讨核电基建项目财务费用资本化策略及其他相关会计处理问题...; Since the 21st century, nuclear power in China has entered a period of rapid growth.
