| 英文摘要 | 作为光纤通信器件制造行业中的中小型企业，K公司在高速发展的过程中产品群日益增加。而K公司旧的采购模式不能适应新的主要产品群的特征和金融危机的冲击。因此，本文笔者团队采用文献研究和实证研究相结合的方法，结合笔者在K公司的亲身工作经历和深切体会，以解决实际问题为导向，在准时制采购思想的基础上，研究了JIT采购的可行性和关键点，设计了K公司采购按需交付的衡量指标，并优化了K公司的采购组织结构和货源管理体系，解决了K公司采购所面临的挑战。希望本文能给遇到同类问题的企业在改善采购的过程中提供参考。; As a member of small and medium-sized enterprises in fiber optical industry, Company K is developing fast and has an increasingly larger product category.
