| 英文摘要 | 随着金融自由化和国际化的进一步推进，中资商业银行国际业务的重要性日益凸显。但是与外资银行相比，中资商业银行业务效率较低和竞争力较弱的问题比较突出，有必要通过业务流程再造提升整体竞争力。 本文以具有代表性的A商业银行为例，分析旧业务流程的诸多问题并提出诊断意见，提出“总行单证中心”应是现有市场条件下比较适合中资商业银行国际业务流程再造的方案。本文通过对A银行国际业务流程再造过程的系统分析，业务流程再设计以客户需求为中心来展开，借助信息系统的建设作为业务流程再造的切入点，为有效控制质量和成本推动质量管理体系的建设和全面成本核算机制的建立，并建立有弹性的量化绩效考核机制，同时结合系统再造建立风险预...; As the further development of financial deregulation and financial internationalization, the international business of Chinese commercial banks become more and more important.
