| 英文摘要 | 企业管理的重点因企业所处的行业不同而各异。对于所处公用事业行业的电网企业而言，输、变、配电网资产的管理无疑是企业管理的核心，电网资产管理水平在一定程度上决定了电网企业的整体管理水平。以经济活动的货币反映为管理对象的财务管理必须与企业的核心业务紧密结合，以此促进企业核心业务的管理改进，进而服务于企业的增值活动。 当前，资产管理仍然是电网企业面临的主要管理难题，传统的管理理念和管理手段均无法解决好这一难题。本文通过资产全寿命周期管理理念，依托企业级的ERP信息系统，以企业价值链理论和作业成本法理论为基础，对电网企业的资产管理进行了系统研究。本文根据固定资产的价值和物理双重属性特征，提出了构建资产...; The emphasis of enterprise management is different for different industries.
