| 英文摘要 | 平衡计分卡是一项可以描述并推动组织战略付诸实践的有效工具，作为一个实用性很强的战略工具，平衡计分卡的实施工作存在很多难点，本文以一家IT服务公司作为具体案例，介绍其实施平衡计分卡项目的动机背景，实施过程具体思路与步骤，并介绍其实施方法论，包括如何构建项目组织，制定项目计划，建立沟通机制，协调整体组织资源等。 本文还具体介绍了案例公司建构的一套信息系统，探讨该公司如何利用信息系统搭建企业统一信息平台，提高沟通效率，提升执行力，为平衡计分卡项目提供有力的数据支撑。 通过本案例的研究，可以总结并探讨平衡计分卡项目与信息系统之间如何相辅相成，互相促进。通过平衡计分卡项目的实施，可以检视企业信息系统...; Balance score card (BSC) is an effective tool which can describe strategy and translate it into practice.
