| 英文摘要 | 随着我国城镇化、市场化、信息化进程的加速推进，智慧城市建设如雨后春笋般如火如荼全面展开，在此时代背景下，传统的以政府为主导的公共服务模式已经渐渐难以满足城市的发展要求和公众的社会需求，政府公共服务平台必须加快由目前的分散服务方式向融合服务方式转型，强化公共信息资源的一体化集成、实时化共享、深度化加工、物联化采集，使公共服务更加便捷化、智能化。近年来，福州市大力强化服务型政府建设，持续推动公共管理方式创新，公共服务领域不断拓宽，服务型政府建设成果较为显著。同时，福州市已将“智慧福州”建设纳入福州“十二五”建设规划纲要，着力构筑数字化、网络化、信息化的城市公共管理形态。本文以福州市政府公共服务平台...; With the acceleration of China's urbanization, marketization and informationization, construction of smart city is being carried out in full swing countrywide.
