| 英文摘要 | 我国正处于社会和经济的快速变革时期，日新月异的变化带来了工作和生活节奏的进一步加快。青年白领女性有着自己独有的特殊性，也是职场中相对处于弱势地位的一个群体。她们比职场的男性面临着更加复杂的压力源，更容易遭受高压力的侵袭，关注这个群体的职业压力问题具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。 本文通过文献研究法、问卷调查法、半结构访谈法和参与式观察法对青年白领女性的职业压力现状及需求进行综合实证研究，并通过SPSS对调查结果进行分析，发现大部分的青年白领女性都感受到职业压力，而将近半数的人则感觉职业压力比较大或非常大。在面对压力时，她们会表现在生理、心理和行为三个方面，但一般表现出较为积极的态度，也基本会采...; China is in a rapid change period for both social and economic, and the pace of work and life has been accelerating by rapid changes.
