英文摘要	随着经济社会的飞速发展，近年来我国社会领域建设有了长足进步，由政府领导下一元式的社会治理模式向社会多元主体参与的社会治理模式转型已成我国社会发展的必然趋势。社会组织因其非营利性、自治性、公益性和志愿性等特性在社会领域发挥着日益重要的作用，特别是深入到普通居民生活中的社区社会组织有其研究完善的重要意义。 本研究以社区社会组织为研究对象，通过文献法、质性研究法介绍了杭州市S区H街道湖滨晴雨民情民意工作室、扶鹰青少年公益服务中心和帮一把为民服务社三个社区社会组织个案的基本情况、组织发展过程和组织发展成效，并在此基础上将H街道三种类型社会组织培育模式概括为政府导向型社区社会组织、市场导向型社区社会组...; With the rapid development of economic society, in recent years, our country has made great progress in building the social field.
