英文摘要	癌症是威胁人类健康的重大疾病。随着人口老龄化加剧，以老年人群为主体的癌症发病率和死亡率多年来持续上升，家居宁养疗护需求日益增加。现有针对晚期癌症患者的研究主要集中在机构临终关怀的服务内容和有效性的探讨。社会工作在心理社会层面的服务功能也使学界开始探讨社会工作介入晚期癌症患临终关怀。无论何种服务形式，面对晚期癌症患者生理、心理、社会及灵性的多重需要，多专业合作成为普遍认同的一种介入模式。 本文运用多专业合作视角，通过观察X机构社会工作者、医生和护士多专业团队介入社区晚期癌症患者的全过程，分析在多专业合作中，社会工作者的介入途径和方法以及如何与其他专业合作。研究发现, 1.多专业介入社区晚期癌...; Cancer, a diease that kills 2.2 millon people a year, has been increasing in both incidence and mortality rates in recent years as the population has aged.
