英文摘要	按照新制度主义的分析，国家是在暴力方面具有比较优势的组织。国家的基本功能是提供法律与秩序，并保护产权以换取税收。因为国家具有强制性、垄断性和规模经济的优势，国家在政治制度变迁中发挥独特的、举足轻重的作用。居于新制度主义的这一基本观点，本文探究政治制度变迁与国家的关系。全文主要包括三部分。 第一部分分析政治制度变迁中的国家理论。国家的“经济人”属性构成了其进行政治制度变迁的基本动机。马克思主义认为，国家的阶级性也构成了政治制度变迁的原因之一。同时，国家所具有的强制性、规模经济和自然垄断性使得国家进行政治制度变迁更易于克服外部性、减少搭便车现象、节约成本、增加收入。 第二部分探讨政治制度变迁中...; According to the new institutionalism, the state is the organization that has the comparative advantage on force.
