英文摘要	近几年来，外来工子女的入学公平问题得到了较好解决，然而他们现今在城市生活中的另一个重要问题便是社会融入与适应。作为城市的第二代“移民”，他们既有的受教育、生活、语言等各个方面与城市学生存在较大差异，在他们进入城市课堂的时候，可能会出现因为异质文化间的抵制、排斥和矛盾，具体表现为各主体间的不和谐、摩擦甚至对抗等问题，这正是本文研究的主题。 本文研究对象为“外来工子女”，即在教育不均衡的大背景下，大量涌入东南沿海各城市公办小学的“流动学生”。笔者以灵秀中心小学为案例，只取部分4-6年级的外来工子女。本研究主要关注外来工子女与城市学校的文化融合情况。 研究分析过程中，笔者采用多种资料收集方法。如...; In recent years, problems of fair education for children of migrant workers have been well solved, but another important problem of their urban lives nowadays is to socially blend in and adapt.
