| 英文摘要 | 潮州市枫溪区生产陶瓷的历史已有1300多年。经过多年来，特别是改革开放以来的飞速发展，目前是全国规模最大、活力最好、档次最高的工艺美术瓷、日用陶瓷和卫生洁具的生产、出口基地，是国家日用陶瓷特色产业基地，被广东省政府列为创建区域国际品牌的三个试点单位之一。枫溪区陶瓷产业集群的发展达到了一定的水平。 近年来，科学发展、和谐发展已经成为我国经济社会发展的主线。为实现人与自然的全面、协调、可持续发展，国家连续出台了一系列宏观经济调控政策，对资源消耗型的产业发展进行了限制。对于陶瓷产业这个资源消耗型的产业，国家连续调整了陶瓷产品的出口退税政策，国家发改委也出台了节能降耗的指导性意见。依靠政策扶持发展陶...; The history of Porcelain production in Chaozhou Fengxi is more than 1300 years.
