| 英文摘要 | 从人类社会形态的发展来说，人口老龄化是一个常态化的社会现象，即人口年龄结构的老龄化是人类社会普遍发展的基本规律之一(Binstockr.B，1990)。我国在面临老龄化的快速发展中，及时调整宏观战略，部署微观战术，使得我们在养老建设各方面都有了很大的进步。但不容我们忽视的问题也有很多，比如社区养老配套设施的不足、居家养老可使用的服务不多、机构养老面临公办机构和民营机构的巨大反差和服务不够专业等等。 本文从对深圳市养老现有各种模式和养老事业的发展进行了较为深入的分析，重点探讨现有的各类养老服务是否满足了老年群体的需要，是否解决了他们的问题，并在此基础上提出建议。 本研究共包括四章：第一章为导...; Judging from the development of the forms of human society, the aging of population is a normal social phenomenon, which is one of the basic rules of progress in adjusting macro-strategies and arranging micro-tactics.
