英文摘要	随着国内外经济形势的转变，大批中小企业产能过剩、效益降低，也波及典当行的业务开展。近年来，小贷公司、P2P网贷公司的大量涌现，冲击了典当行原有的市场份额。典当业的发展进入停滞期，而现行监管机制却坚持以安全换取效率的理念，实行严厉的监管政策，存在治乱循环的路径依赖，不利于典当行的规模壮大。典当业要重新焕发活动，亟需转变对典当行的监管理念，完善典当行的具体监管机制。 本文包括引言、正文、结语三个部分，其中正文共分三章： 第一章先对典当行概念以及国内外发展现状做出介绍，然后对世界上主要的几种监管模式进行了分析，并对我国当前典当行监管制度的基本架构进行了梳理。通过介绍典当行业发展现状中出现的种种问...; As the international and domestic economic situation has changed, a large number of SMEs overcapacity, reduced profits.
