| 英文摘要 | 伴随着计算机和互联网技术的突飞猛进，人类社会进入了信息化的时代。在这样的大背景下，每个人都是以数据的形象存在于网络之上，利用网络平台，足不出户就可以完成各种各样的活动，满足日常生活所需，比如利用网络进行的交流、学习、购物、工作、娱乐等等。这样的客观环境也使得收集、使用个人信息隐私的途径越来越多，信息隐私泄露的几率也大大增加。由此，网络环境下个人信息隐私权的保护正面临着严峻的挑战。 在网络环境下如何对个人信息隐私权进行保护，本文共分为四章进行探讨。 第一章，在对隐私和个人信息的概念进行辨析后，详细阐述了个人信息隐私权的概念内容、涉及范围及特点，明确提出个人信息隐私权是什么的问题。 第二章，...; With the progress of computer and the Internet technology, human society entered the information age.
