英文摘要	本文对投资者适当性制度进行了深入细致的研究和论证，探讨了投资者适当性制度的法律概念、客观必然性及其理论基础。就法律概念而言，本文认为投资者适当性制度应采取正面界定与反面规制统一、主观适当性与客观适当性相结合、狭义适当性趋于广义适当性、行为适当性与结果适当性互补的法律概念。就客观必然性而言，本文研究得出投资者适当性制度是外部金融结构发生重大变化和内部投资者嬗变为消费者的综合作用结果，是在金融市场失灵的情况下，有形之手发挥其法律规范功效，对金融机构与投资者之间的失衡法律关系的调整和纠正，同时亦是对既有金融法律制度具备事前披露和事后救济、缺乏事中规范的法律漏洞的填补和完善。就理论基础而言，本文分析得...; In this paper, I research the suitability system thoroughly.
