| 英文摘要 | 股权质押可以让出质股东充分盘活股权资源，拓宽融资渠道，又不妨碍公司的生产经营活动，因此这种融资方式越来越受到中小企业和部分金融机构的欢迎。但是由于股权的特殊性,使得质权人承担的风险大于传统担保方式，特别是有限责任公司的人合性，其股权转让的限制、公司治理的合伙化、股权价值缺少公开交易市场等特点导致质权人面临的风险更大。目前我国法律对股权质权人提供的保护机制不能够真正发挥作用，质权人能否用股权质押制度保障来其债权得到及时有效清偿的境况堪忧。鉴于此，笔者认为对有限责任公司股权质押中质权人权利的保护进行深入研究是有必要且迫切的，对该论题的研究具有重要的理论与现实意义。 本文的创新之处在对有限责任公司...; Equity pledge can make qualitative shareholders revitalize the stock resources fully, broaden the financing channels, and don't interfere with the production and business operation activities of the company, so this kind of financing way more and more get the welcome of small and medium-sized enterprises and part of financial institutions.
