英文摘要	海峡西岸经济区地处台湾海峡西岸，包括了福建全省及广东、浙江和江西的部分城市共20个地市。海峡西岸经济区的投融资活动在其发展的进程中具有举足轻重的地位。 在现有的海峡西岸经济区投融资政策和立法中，地方立法比较积极，涉台的立法数量较多，投融资的优惠措施主要集中于财税、费用的减免、土地、设备等资源的优先使用上。海峡西岸经济区投融资立法存在的问题主要是中央立法和地方立法林林总总，体系比较乱；各地市立法不均衡，差异较大；政策措施不透明，实施难度比较大。 基于海峡西岸经济区的投融资现状，海峡西岸经济区投融资立法存在的问题，有必要建立和完善海峡西岸经济区投融资立法体系。本文分三章对海峡西岸经济区投融资立...; Economic Zone of Taiwan Strait’s Western Shore is located in the West of the Taiwan Straits, including Fujian province,some cities in Guangdong, Zhejiang and Jiangxi,20 cities in all.
