| 英文摘要 | 加强国有独资公司监督机制的理论研究，有助于构建完善的监督体系。在国有独资公司中，由于出资人的缺位，经常出现公司“内部人”控制问题。目前，在我国国有独资公司中国有股“一股独大”、内部人控制普遍存在的状况下，监事会监督功能的丧失，进一步加剧了我国国有独资公司的治理机制失控、国有资产流失以及公司盈利能力和竞争力逐年递减的状况。因此，在这样一种情况下，有必要反思和重新构建我国国有独资公司的监督机制。本文首先从建立国有独资公司监督机制的必要性入手，结合国有独资公司本身的特点详细分析了国有独资公司监督机制的建立所存在的问题，并指出国有独资公司产权的特殊性是导致国有独资公司监督机制建立所面临问题的诱因。正是...; Researching the supervising system of state-owned company of exclusive ownership helps perfecting its supervising system.
