| 英文摘要 | 虚假信息诈骗犯罪是近几年随着经济的发展和通讯、网络技术的广泛应用滋生、演化出的新的诈骗犯罪类型。虚假信息诈骗犯罪是指行为人以非法占有他人财物为目的，采取虚构事实或者隐瞒真相的方法，制作、复制、传播虚假信息，使受害人陷于错误认识并“自愿”处分财产，骗取数额较大的公私财物的行为。 本文运用犯罪学原理，主要以福建省的虚假信息诈骗犯罪为研究、分析的基础，从控制虚假信息诈骗犯罪的理论研究和司法实际需要出发，结合实例，对虚假信息诈骗犯罪的类型、特点、原因和对策进行了比较系统的探讨。本文共分五章： 在第一章的虚假信息诈骗犯罪概述中，笔者对虚假信息和虚假信息诈骗犯罪进行了界定，阐述了虚假信息诈骗犯罪的本质...; As the development of the economy and wide application of the communication、network technology, a new kind of crime appears recently: the crime of mendacious information fraud.
