| 英文摘要 | 金融危机之后，安全、有效的全球金融监管体系显得尤为重要。目前的国际法理论和经济学理论的发展都为金融监管的国际合作法律制度的构建提供了理论基础。然而，作为参与者的主体在监管过程中，往往有着利益和权力的博弈，产生很多国际合作监管的法律困境。因此，构建有效和切实可以运作的金融监管国际合作法律制度，需要融合法经济学的理论，对金融监管国际合作机制进行完善。本文分为四章。 第一章主要探讨了目前的国际环境和学术理论，能否为金融监管的国际合作法律制度的构建提供合理的理论基础。 第二章从现实层面论述，国际金融一体化的发展使得国际金融监管面临越来越多的挑战，而现有的法律制度的缺陷也使得重构金融监管国际合作法律...; After the financial crisis, safe and effective global financial system is extremely important.
