| 英文摘要 | 阳光有价？对！阳光有价。如果侵害了居民住宅的采光权，就应当进行相应的赔偿。本文主要是针对当今社会上出现的越来越多的采光权侵害案件进行分析，得出我国现行法律体系在采光权侵害案件中缺陷，如立法不足、标准不一、赔偿不足等，并通过对采光权和采光权侵害的法律分析和对采光权侵害的多学科认识得出采光权侵害所应该赔偿的范围。最后依据法经济学的研究手段将采光权侵害赔偿数额进行确定，并对我国采光权侵害救济之规制提出完善建议。文章中对采光权的多学科认识和法经济学手段研究是笔者施以重墨之处，希望对司法实践中类似案件或有启发。目前我国社会生活中存在两种不同性质的采光权，相邻关系中的采光权和契约性采光权(当事人通过订立合...; Sunlight is valuable thus detriments to the right of residential houses to sunlight lead to corresponding damages.
