| 英文摘要 | 随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立以及政治体制改革的不断深入，中国旧有的社会管理模式已明显不适应当前的社会发展需要，加强和创新社会管理已经上升到国家战略的层次和高度。“大调解”纠纷解决机制作为一种新的社会管理模式能够起到“解决社会管理突出问题、巩固社会管理根基、构建社会管理平台、集聚社会管理合力、提升社会管理效应”的作用。人民法院是国家审判部门，在社会管理特别是“大调解”纠纷解决机制中发挥着重要的职能和功效。但是目前法院参与“大调解”纠纷解决机制仍然面临着理论认识不清、“大调解”机制不完善以及法院自身因素限制等问题，本文在分析这一系列的问题后，提出重新构建的意见，以期发挥法院的审判职能功效...; With the building of China's socialist market economic system and political system reform continued to deepen, the old model of social management in China has clearly not adapted to the current social development, strengthening and improving social management has risen to the level of national strategy, and height.
