| 英文摘要 | 在家本位的传统中国，血缘、伦理是联结民众的核心纽带，同一男性祖先的后代世代相聚形成了宗族，宗族长治久安的期盼促成了宗族内部行为规范——家法族规的产生。清代是中国封建社会的最后一个王朝，繁荣的社会经济为宗族组织提供了坚实的物质基础，家法族规借此获得长足发展，以强大国力为后盾的国家法也在清代取得长足进步，内生于民间社会的家法族规与自上而下统一实行的国家法在清代社会并存，共同规范着民众的日常生活，那么这二者之间到底具有什么样的关系便是一个值得探讨的议题。本文旨在通过对比清代家法族规与国家法在文本规定与实践中的异同，阐释二者的具体关系。 在引言中，首先提出本文的研究主题，即尝试厘清清代家法族规与国家...; China has always been a strong patriarchal ideology of centuries.
