英文摘要	发达的证券市场是我国市场经济改革进程的重要部分，其核心和支柱是股票市场。股票市场的发展和有效运行有赖于完善的投资者保护机制、对金融机构的规制以及监管资源的有效配置。在成熟的市场经济国家，完善的投资者适当性制度能够同时在上述三个方面都达成良好的效果。我国的投资者适当性制度应以证券市场的培育为最终目的，通过市场化的机制来构建完善的资本市场运行体系。 本文包括引言、正文、结束语等三部分，其中正文共分三章： 第一章介绍了投资者适当性制度的基本概念和主要制度体系，以市场自治和信义义务为主线，从制度层面和理念层面对适当性制度作了完整的阐述。第二章对我国投资者适当性制度的现行规定进行了介绍，从制度设计方...; Development of the securities market is of great important for the reform process of China's market economy and the stock market is the core of the development of China's securities market.
