| 英文摘要 | 从地里位置来看，蒙古国不仅是中国的友好邻邦，而且两国在历史、文化、地域等方面有着相同或者相近的地方，两国的法制建设也同样处于发展之中。因此，运用比较法的方法去分析两国的国际私法制度，不仅能为两国的国际私法立法提供借鉴，而且也能够促进两国间的民商事往来，合理解决两国间的民商事纠纷，更好地增进两国间的友谊。 本文从比较法学的角度出发，研究蒙中两国现存的国际私法制度，以蒙中两国的法律为主线进行论述，适当介绍其他国家和国际组织的国际私法制度，兼及一些学者的理论观点。在撰写过程中，主要运用比较方法、历史分析方法、实证分析方法等，对两国国际私法制度进行有重点的梳理，挖掘出二者之间的异同，发现两国国际私法...; Due to its geographical position, Mongolia is not only China's friendly neighbour but the two countries historically, culturally, geographically, share similar or same aspects.
