英文摘要	隐名出资，是指出资人与他人达成合意，由出资人提供实际出资，借用他人名义向公司出资，将他人记载于公司商事登记薄、股东名册、公司章程等公示材料上的一种股权结构安排。由于隐名出资行为导致股东资格权利外观与权利实质的分离，隐名出资人和显名股东对股权皆有获致的需求与可能，由此引发了以隐名出资法律关系为中心的一系列法律问题。由于信赖利益保护机理能够专门解决权利外观与权利实质不符引发的法律问题，故本文试以信赖利益角度看待隐名出资法律问题，以期适当加强对隐名出资人合法权益的救济，平衡隐名出资法律关系各相关主体的利益。 本文除引言和结语外，共分三章。 引言部分点明本文试图从信赖利益角度对有限责任公司的隐名出...; Anonymous contributions, is the legal phenomena in which someone actually subscribed capital investment, but investors articles of association, register of shareholders , business registration materials records the other one as investor.
