英文摘要	LED(lightemittingdiode,发光二极管)是一种固体光源，具有寿命长、无汞污染、无紫外辐射等特点，是21世纪一种新颖的重要光源；其中“荧光粉转换型”(phosphorconversion,pc)的LED(pcLED)受到了高度关注；荧光粉性能的好坏直接影响LED的发展。常见蓝光芯片加黄粉的白光LED方案，存在“单一的黄粉”缺少红光、复合白光显色性差、色温偏高等问题；在蓝光芯片加“黄粉和红粉”的方案中，“红粉”存在下述问题：(1)常用的“硫化物红粉”不稳定并易受热分解产生有害气体；(2)新颖氮(氧)化物红粉的制备，需要高温、高气压、N2气氛等苛刻的条件。近紫外芯片...; LED (lightemitting diode) is a new and important light source for the twen-tyfirst century, presents many excellent characteristics such as long lifetime, and energysaving, without mercury pollution and ultraviolet radiation.
