英文摘要	如何实现两岸“持久的和真正的共同生活“,除了强调双方已经是血脉相连的“命运共同体“,通过实现两岸民众交往的便利化和生活的一体化之外,更重要的是,双方需要用心去建构基于认同、互信和参与的“两岸公民共同体“。它的三个要素由内而外逐层表现为两岸的集体认同、相互信任与公民参与。两岸公民共同体的建构具有内在规律,与制度、规范以及认同等因素密切相关。基于两岸公民共同体的意涵与建构机制,可从优化社会资本、加强公民教育以及促进公共参与等路径来推进两岸公民共同体的建构。; The"everlasting and real common life"across the Taiwan Straits can be achieved through the emphasis of the"fate community"of one blood,the people exchanges and the life integration between the two sides.More importantly,it requires both sides to work hard together and concentrate on the construction of the"cross-Strait civic community"on the basis of the three main factors,including the collective identity,mutual trust and civic participation.The construction of the civic community which possesses the inherent law is closely related to the factors such as system,norm and identity.Therefore,based on the community's connotation and construction mechanism,people on both sides may find ways to promote the construction of the community that include the optimization of social capital,enhancement of civic education and promotion of public participation.; 教育部人文社会科学研究青年基金项目“台湾新媒体中的大陆形象解构及应对传播策略”(15YJCZH120)
