英文摘要	金融危机过后,世界经济呈现差异化复苏态势,不但经济增长重心发生迁移,贸易、投资和产业发展格局也发生较大变化,世界经济呈现深度调整特征。受其影响,两岸贸易、投资增速下滑,产业合作也面临深化发展的挑战。值此背景下,两岸应在总体规划布局、确立重点合作领域、创新合作模式等方面寻求因应之策,同时加快推进ECfA后续协议的签订与实施,为国际经济发展格局下两岸经济的良性互动提供制度保障。; The world economy has presented differences in its recovery trend in the wake of the financial crisis,which can be found not only in the centre-of-gravity transfer of economic growth,but also in the great pattern changes in trade,investment and industrial development.It is obvious that there has appeared the feature of deep adjustment in the world economy.Under its influence,the cross-Strait trade and investment have declined and the industrial cooperation has also faced the challenges of deepening development.Therefore,the two sides should,against this background,work together to seek countermeasures in working out an overall planning or layout,determining the key areas for cooperation and innovating modes of cooperation in response to the economic environment.And at the same time,the signing and implementation of the ECFA follow-up agreements should also be accelerated so as to ensure system security for the favorable economic interaction between the two sides under the set-up of the international economic development.
